In 2011, he joined Adwords Team in Google.
In 2014, he joined Myfitnesspal as the Tech Lead of Data Engineering and Science Team, responsible for the architechture of big data products. In Myfitnesspal, he led the release of several big data products. Myfitnesspal still ranks No. 1 of “Paid Health and Fitness” in both Apple and Android AppStores.
Rui acquired her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University USA.
She has over 10 years of professional experience in media, advertising and marketing communications and is specialized in utilizing multidimensional data to drive consumer insights from complex and uncommon data.
Rui joined FCB, a full-service advertising agency in 2008 and was appointed VP of strategic analytics in 2013.
During her tenure, she provides data-driven strategies for global brands in CPG, retail, SaaS, insurance, manufacturing and business services etc.
Rui has an in-depth understanding of global digital media ecosystem, and is expert in leveraging latest technology to drive digital content effectiveness and efficiency.
Shu acquired his bachelor’s & master’s degrees at Tsinghua University, China and his PhD in Evolutionary Computation at the University of Tokyo, Japan.
In 2012, Shu joined Search Ads Team in Search Technology Center, Microsoft China and was specialized in dynamic matching algorithms. He is experienced in long tail advertising.
In 2014, Shu joined the big data team of PPTV, responsible for back-end content recommender algorithm and services; he led the project to reconstruct the video content recommender service of PPTV.
